LEGO KidsFest Equals Fun for All! {Guest Post by The Mom With Moxie}

I was out of town for the past few days, so I was glad to send Bree from The Mom With Moxie in my place to LEGO Kidsfest in Novi last Friday! Check out her re-cap below :D

LEGO Pile

Let me start by saying, the LEGO KidsFest should really be called “LEGO EveryoneFest.” No, really. The hubs and I had as much fun as the kid.

Taking place this past weekend, at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, the KidsFest was chock full of awesome models of everyone’s favorite LEGO stars, superheroes (the kid’s favorite), movie characters and Disney stars, as well as interactive activities/displays for kids and adults, alike!

LEGO Disney Princesses

From Disney Princesses to Star Wars, from Superheroes to Legends of Chima, there were so many different areas, that there was something for everyone. There was even a LEGO Duplo area for the littlest fans.

In addition to all the areas for play, there were also areas set aside for fans who wanted to purchase LEGO sets. The prices varied, but there was definitely something for everyone – available at every price point. The kid, of course, got a Superman set, as well as Spiderman.

LEGO Cinderella

All in all, I’m very happy we had the opportunity to attend this year, and plan on doing so next year as well. Hope to see you there!

Doesn’t that look like fun?! Did you enjoy LEGO Kidsfest this weekend? I sure hope so!

  1. Wow, look at those legos!!!!!! The floor is deep with them. And that cinderella. If I would have known, I would have taken the girls, even though they are not big lego fans–that would win anybody over!

      It was pretty cool last year — my gal was only 2.5 and she loved it! There truly is something for everyone there!
