I don’t have a garden due to critters, but would love to have one someday. For now, I grow a few things in containers, including basil, which I love to use in a variety of summer recipes. One recipe I love to make is this simple and inexpensive garden pasta salad using basil and tomatoes. It’s so good and perfect for a summer party!

I made something like this before and my husband didn’t like it. Maybe it was my cooking.
It does sound good to me, especially since it’s late and night and I’m starving.

Haha, yeah I’m surprised my hubby likes it with all the basil I like to use 🙂 It’s simple, but tastes refreshing to me on a hot day!

A new “twist” on the fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil salad. I like it.

Yum! I love anything tomato & basil. I do a garden and this year I only did those two items. My poor tomatoes died in the heat while we were gone but the basil lives through anything.
