Anna Mae says
Ann Arbor’s Main Street Treat Parade was a favorite when my daughter was little. It’s on Halloween from 11a-5p, so geared towards toddlers and preschoolers. Many merchants participate and some even throw in a treat (coupons) for the parent too. The Downtown Library has a program before with 9:30 and 10:30 sessions.
