Green Oak Village Place Celebrates New Stores {+ Giveaway to T.J. Maxx and JCPenney ENDS 12/22}

I love wandering around here because so many of my favorite stores are here. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants too {the Jameson burger at Jameson’s Irish Pub = HEAVEN}, making it a great destination for a day of shopping.

Exciting news — four  new  tenants,  Fraser  Bicycles  &  Fitness,  Luminous  Salon  &  Spa, Wild Birds Unlimited  and  Sola  Salon,  are  coming  to Green  Oak  Village Place in the weeks ahead.

Fraser  Bicycles  &  Fitness, located between Shogun Chinese & Japanese Bistro and Salsarita’s, is slated to open before the end of the year. They will supply a variety of high-quality bicycles for riders  of all skill levels. Buy a bike now and get ready to hit the trails come spring.

Luminous Salon & Spa will be located between Victoria’s Secret and Christopher & Banks and will  provide a variety of optimal services in a welcoming environment, including hair, nail and spa services.

Wild Birds Unlimited, located near the newly opened T.JMaxx, is slated  to  open  by early  2017. They will provide a large selection of bird food, bird feeders, bird baths and more. The store also offers tips and activities, including kids activities {can’t wait!}, decorations for the birds and specific details on a variety of species.

Sola Salon will be located near Buffalo Wild Wings and Claire’s and will  be opening December  2016. It will feature a unique salon concept. Individual spaces will be available for rent, and Sola Salon will offer salon type services, including nails, hair, spa services, tanning and more.

Great for Shopping – T.J. Maxx and JCPenney

In addition to the new retailers, T.J. Maxx and JCPenney continue to impress guests with their great selections and prices.

T.J Maxx delivers great value on ever-changing selections of brand name and designer fashions at prices generally 20%-60% below department and specialty store regular prices, on comparable merchandise, every day.

It’s one of my favorite destinations to go at Green Oak Village Place for friends, teachers, and more. So many great gift ideas! My favorites are their amazing high-end soaps for a great deal, and their men’s dress clothing for my husband. Here are some fun other fun gift ideas from their website:

JCPenney is one of the nation’s largest apparel and home furnishing retailers dedicated to fitting the diversity of America with unparalleled style, quality and value.

If you haven’t been in awhile, go check them out. I love their selection of kid clothing {especially the BOGO for a penny sales}, and their beauty departments {make sure to join the Beauty Inside program for fun freebies!}. The store at Green Oak is well maintained and has such a friendly staff!

  13. I love shopping here! It’s so much easier than going to 12 oaks mall. especially this time of the year! Who has time to wait 15- 30 minutes just sitting in your car waiting to leave the parking lot, really who?

  30. I’d love a giftcard to TJMaxx! I haven’t had a chance to see this new store yet. I typically go to Marshalls over near Best Buy.
