Our Experience with Tanger Outlets Howell Mini Golf {+ Giveaway and Summer Fun!}

Our family recently had the opportunity to mark a family first off our summer bucket list: putt-putt golf! We had a great day exploring the Tanger Outlets in Howell, playing the outlet’s brand new mini golf course, and enjoying food trucks on-site.

TANGERminigolf is a 9-hole course that is the perfect length for younger kids who want to try. Our adventure began in Shopper Services where we picked up our pencils, score sheet, putters and balls.

My crew loved being able to pick out a putter and their own ball…It’s the little things in life, right? There were plenty of colors to choose from.

From there, we headed across the street to the center plaza to play the game. The holes were not especially difficult, so it made for some great competition between my younger aged kiddos.

The course is brand new and looked immaculate. There even were a few pretend Geese that looked extremely real! My kids caught on quickly, and did pretty well considering it was their first time.

From a mom perspective, I loved having them practice patience and turn-taking. We rotated who got to go first to decrease drama, and that seemed to work well 😉

TangerClub members golf for FREE {membership is a ONE TIME fee of $10 that lasts a lifetime, so it truly is the best way to go}. Children 12 & under are $5 and non-TangerClub members golf for $10.

The course is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

I love the idea of heading here to play again so I can shop with my oldest while my younger two and husband have fun playing since they don’t enjoy shopping like we do 😉

FOOD TRUCKS AT TANGER OUTLETS HOWELL

In addition to mini golf, keep an eye on the Tanger Outlets Howell Facebook page for food truck events too! The next food truck festival is June 30 and July 1, and a DJ will be on-site playing music on Saturday from 12-4 p.m. Additionally, My Little Honey Pot and LaVazza Coffee are on-site nearly every weekend if you miss a festival.
