MSU Bug House Open Houses Spring 2019

Calling all bug lovers! If your children are into all things creepy and crawly, the Michigan State University Bug House needs to be on your radar.

Every month, the MSU Department of Entomology hosts FREE open house events. These provide a great, educational experience, and are the perfect excuse to introduce a college campus to your child.

While visiting, your child will have the opportunity to learn from the Entomology students and hold some of the bugs — even the creepiest in the bunch!

MSU Bug House Open Houses Spring 2019

• March 11, 2019: 5:30-7:30 p.m.
• April 8, 2019: 5:30-7:30 p.m.
• April 13, 2019 {During the MSU Science Festival}: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• May 13, 2019: 5:30-7:30 p.m.

The Bug House is located inside the Natural Science Building: 288 Farm Lane, Room 147, in East Lansing, MI 48824. Metered parking is available surrounding the building.

After checking out the bug house, visit the Dairy Store, MSU Children’s Gardens, Broad Art Museum or the MSU Museum {check hours before}. Or, visit Lansing and the surrounding area for some family fun!
