A couple of years ago, I left a great position at a public relations agency to stay home with my beautiful and growing daughter. I never wanted to be a stay-at-home mom, but life and priorities change when little ones enter the world.

These days, I freelance write and work for an amazing family-friendly social media company to earn a living, all the while getting to be the one to teach my little gals everything they know.

I use this blog to practice my passions of writing and photography, chart my first-time mom adventures and share my thoughts as I learn tricks from the pro moms out there. I also dabble in some information about my “neighborhood,” located in southeastern Michigan.
