It’s my hubby’s b-day! Happy b-day to my love and best friend!
Can you believe he does not like cake?! Or sweets in general (blasphemy, I know). He’s a farm boy, so he likes meat. And cheese.
Every year I struggle with what to make him, because I feel it is my wifely duties to do something special that’s homedmade and not store-bought. A few years ago, I came across this fantastic breakfast casserole that’s as meat-y and mushroomtastic as they come.
So, during the past few years, I’ve made it my mission to make him breakfast on the morning of his b-day since I know it’s a meal he loves.
Here’s the recipe for what he’s getting. I promise the men in your life will love it. Heck, I even love it – it’s yummy, feeds a lot of people, and leftovers taste good, too.

Very filling – so if your man is up for it, serve with fresh fruit!
Enjoy!
What are your go-to recipes for the men in your life?

Happy Birthday to your hubby!
I don’t really have a go-to recipe for mine. In some ways, he’s picky (no ethnic foods), but in other ways, he’s easy. I have no complaints!
Mrs. Weber says
Thanks, Dianna. Our hubby’s sound like two peas in a pod – mine also is not into Ethnic foods. I, however, LOVE them. I could eat a different kind everyday if he let me.

Happy Birthday to the hubs! Oh my gosh…that looks awesome! I love breakfast casseroles. One of my favorite things to make because they’re so good then but even later as leftovers.
Mrs. Weber says
Exactly. We freeze some and just put it in the fridge to dig at during the week. It’s super yummy!

Happy Birthday to your husband!!
I’m still reeling from the fact that he doesn’t love sweets. 🙂
Fortunately, my husband does. But he still appreciates the burgers I make for him from scratch!

I know – you need to post more recipes. The few things I’ve seen of yours look absolutely amazing!

I love that casserole! Delicious! That is the one you made us after your night of fake drinking!

You got it girl! Wow, I’m impressed – great memory. What? You didn’t like my cranberry and “vodka” (aka water) drinks???

Undeniably believe that which you said. Your favorite justification seemed to be on the web the easiest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get irked while people think about worries that they plainly don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people could take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
