When I got an assignment to make an everyday dessert, the hubby knew exactly what experiment to throw at me: No Bake Peanut Butter Pie. Having only tasted its heavenly goodness and this being our crazy {HOT!} moving week, I was eager to experiment with this cool treat.
I have so many memories of dunking my fingers into the COOL WHIP container as a kid while it waited patiently in the fridge to be topped onto our after-dinner desserts…and this time was no different. I enjoyed tasting the “batter,” which is fab because it’s safe and egg-free! The COOL WHIP really adds to the delicious creamy factor in this recipe, too.

Oh boy, I’m going to be thinking about this all day until I can get home and make it. I hope I have everything, because this is one of those things that has completely distracted this pregnant lady. Looks so delicious…I could probably eat both pies myself right now. Mmmmm.
