I have an ongoing partnership with Feld Entertainment and periodically receive tickets in exchange for promoting the show. All opinions expressed are my own.
Today I had the opportunity to see Marvel Universe LIVE!, the newest show from Feld Entertainment. The show features all of your favorite super heroes and villains from Spider-Man and IronMan to Thor, Hulk and more. There are more than 25 characters represented.
As I’ve written before, I don’t have girly-girls. They LOVE all things super hero related, so were ecstatic about this show. I was happy to see a great mix of boys and girls in their super hero gear at the show because this show isn’t just for boys. In fact, I am still winding down from all the action! My girls {3 and 5} sat through it in total silence…It was unlike anything they had ever seen! They loved the Hulk best, while my husband liked the pyrotechnics and I loved Captain America. Couldn’t help myself – he was cute ?
You’ll definitely feel the energy as a member of the audience — the show is loaded with cutting-edge special effects, pyrotechnics, aerial stunts, martial arts, motorcycles and more. There was lots of fire, too! It’s being hailed as the most technically advanced live show ever, and I can see why. It was packed with plenty of good versus evil fights, and I was mesmerized by how real the action appeared. {It looks like they are really punching and kicking each other – the acting was pretty awesome!}
There is even a plot: Thor shattered the cosmic cube so it would not fall into dangerous hands. Loki moves to reform the cube to destroy the Earth. So, a race for the fragments is on. All the characters work together to stop Loki and the other super villains {Red Skull, Madame Hydra, Electro, Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus} to save the Earth. It was neat seeing all the Marvel team together!
EXTRA TIPS
A few ideas on what to bring:
- Cash for parking – it’s $15.
- Snacks and fun toys if your kids are ones to beg for things and you don’t have funds to shell out.
- Water — it’s allowed! I got fairly warm from all the fire special effects, so it was nice to have water with us.
- Ear plugs if you have a child who is especially sensitive to loud sounds. {My little gal generally isn’t a fan of noise, but she actually did really well and only covered her ears once.}
- Don’t be afraid to let your kids dress-up! It was so adorable seeing kids of all ages in their Marvel gear.
There is still time left to see the show tonight at 7:30 and tomorrow {9/27} at 11:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m.
Prices range from $25-$150, with kids’ tickets for just $20.

Did you go see the show? What did you think?
Thank you for clarifying the plot, lol, because it was a little confusing at times.
Water + snacks normally aren’t allowed (to bring in) to the Palace – did they make an exception for this show because it’s a kid-friendly one?
And yeah, Jackie commented that parking has gone up from $10 to $15.
Yes, they are usually pretty cool at kid shows…I’ve never had any issue, but I just have a few small items. My camera gets inspected every time though – LOL. And I only have the lens it came with.
I was bummed about the parking going up! It’s painful!
