I am a member of the siggi’s Culture Club and receive periodic coupons and insider information. I love this stuff, so believe me when I say that the opinions expressed are mine 😉
We have a food product obsession in our house: siggi’s Icelandic style skyr, which is found in the yogurt aisle at the grocery store. Have you heard of it? It’s SO tasty!
We have been on the lookout for a yogurt option with low sugar and high protein for a while. Unfortunately, so many brands really aren’t very healthy at all. Not cool when I am hoping to consider it part of my breakfast, not dessert!
When I spotted siggi’s on sale awhile back, I decided to give it a shot. Now we don’t buy any other brand. We generally stick to the 0% variety, but for those indulgent days, this baby is my personal favorite:
I love that siggi’s doesn’t contain aspartame, sucralose, gelatin, high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors or preservatives. The ingredients are simple, and it uses 4 times the milk of regular yogurt, making it have a higher protein count, and keeping you fuller longer.
My absolute favorite flavor right now is vanilla & cardamon {it’s seasonal}, but we love all of the flavors. They even have some great unique ones such as pumpkin & spice, strawberry & rhubarb, orange & ginger and more. My kids love their strawberry and blueberry squeezable yogurt tubes, too — and I love that they are healthier than the other kid-friendly options out there.
I’m a smoothie fan, and love using siggi’s for added protein for a post-workout treat. I always share them with the kids to sneak some more greens in their diet, too. Trust me when I say they have ZERO clue I put spinach in every single one…It disguises itself beautifully.
I have quite a few combos I love, but this vanilla cupcake smoothie is my favorite! Makes 2 servings, or enough for 2 adults, or in my case — 1 adult and 3 little ones.

Can you tell my middle baby was so excited to eat it? She even snuck into my photo shoot!
