The post below is sponsored by KIND Snacks. Thank you for supporting the brands that make Mrs. Weber’s Neighborhood possible. All opinions expressed are my own.
As a blogger, I have a list of brands I would love to work with one day. Lucky for me, sometimes they reach out to me with information I know you all will love and it’s a big win all-around.
One of those dream brands on my list is KIND Snacks. I adore them and here’s why: They make delicious products with ingredients I can pronounce and they care about social causes. Their KIND name has a deeper meaning — they are actually a kind company!
I was ecstatic to hear that their team will be visiting metro Detroit on Tuesday, Feb. 17 to celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Day, and will be doing good deeds and passing out bars at some of my favorite organizations.
To celebrate, they will be doing kind acts for 24 hours around the area. Here’s the listing of where they will be. Be on the lookout for some goodies near you!

What good deeds will you perform on Random Acts of Kindness Day?
I like to share baked goods with others-especially neighbors,co-workers.
Send love notes to neighbors to cheer up their days.
I’ve heard of people “paying it forward” at coffee shops – paying for the person’s coffee who is behind them – and that seems like a nice thing to do.
making bbq for people at work
I would like to shovel my neighbor’s driveway!
I would like to be able to fund places for the homeless to live in Detroit.
Pay a bill for someone struggling.
Pay for the car behind me at McDonald’s. 🙂
Visit the senior center with baked goods.
I would love to pay for a dinner of a family anonymously. A few years ago, my husband had been out of work for a awhile, and we were struggling. He finally got a call that he got a job, so we went out to breakfast to celebrate with our 2 young boys. We went to pay the tab and found out someone already did. They had no idea what our situation was, and we were so grateful that we left in tears. I think it is a great way to make someone’s day and you never know how you may have touched them.
My favorite things is to pay for people’s coffee behind me in line at the coffee shop. It always makes me feel so awesome when it happens to me, so I like to do that for other people.
That’s really cool that you passed out snacks to places like the fire department and the soup kitchen! Random acts of kindness are awesome. I’m sure they really appreciated it!
